Burning Barge

Vacation Star | Burning Barge | Burning Barge or called Go Ge Cap Lak held every 15-16 months 5 Chinese calendar is as an act of gratitude Tiong Hoa Peopla to the Ki Ong Ya God and Taisun Ong Ya God, who is believed to have given safety to the Tiong Hoa People in Bagan Siapi-api. Implementation of Burning Barge Ceremony distinctive ethnic Bagan Siapi-api has been a tradition since 1820, almost exactly two centuries ago. The event is centered on the In Hok Kiong Pagoda and barges burned in front of the Old Sing Yan Pagoda, Perniagaan street, Bagan Siapi-api.
