Vacation Star | Nurul Islam Great Mosque | In 1894 was built the power plant in Kubang Sirakuak to mobilize the various machines to accelerate the process of mining and coal transporting. After a replacement of power plant was built in 1924 in Salak,
the former power plant in Kubang Sirakuak switching function. This place was once a warehouse and assembly of weapon, the days of the revolution where there is a bunker used by the freedom fighters as weapons storage such as grenades and other firearms.
In 1952 the former power plant building, was built the muslim place of worship (now the Nurul Islam Great Mosque). While the smokestacks tower of former power plant (height over 75 meters) made mosque tower.
